We’ve already explored the reasons to search for a CRM service that would profit your company in the long term efforts toward growth.  There are many CRM platforms out there, but we are going to look at the ones most asked about.  We will see what features they advertise and their core plans (with payment information) so you can assess whether this company is right for your needs and determine whether more research is worth your time.

The Jobber website organizes its features into three categories: Business Features, Customer Features, and Growing Features. The tools they provide for the business include (not a complete list):

  • Scheduling and dispatching
  • Drag & drop calendar
  • Invoicing and follow-up capabilities
  • A mobile app for when you’re out of the office
  • GPS tracking for your employees
  • Time tracking
  • Expense tracking (syncs with QuickBooks)

The tools they provide as Customer Features include:

  • Online booking
  • A client hub
  • Notifications
  • Job forms
  • Progress texts

Make sure you look at their website to see all the guidelines and requirements for signing up with a payment plan.  They have a FAQ section and will explain whether you pay monthly or yearly and all that other stuff.  The following is just a basic outline of their three payment plans including prices (as of 7-24-20).
