What is the expected timeline after I provide content?

You do! You own every character of code. We purchase the domain for you just to make it easier to manage all the DNS records connected to your server, and we don’t charge anything to update DMARC or CNAME records if you need us to – so it’s all yours!
We only charge $99/month to cover the high-speed hosting server setup, a suite of pro tools that help your site run smoothly, and unlimited site updates to text, images, and blog posts from our team! You can also add up to 1 page a month for no cost to increase your local SEO presence. We use a top-tier hosting platform, Kinsta, which alone would cost you $30/month, and you’d then have to manage your domain records and site files, plus the suite of tools is over $140/month. We offer you a discount rate as a member of the Launch Kits family.
We write all the content for your website based on what you provide in our onboarding form and use digital tools to enhance it (e.g., if you just say “We started our company in 2011 serving our friends…”, then we need to embellish it a bit!). If you want us to do research and writing for the entire site – including individual service pages for your services and location pages and be sure you have an SEO-optimized site with original content, you’ll want to go with our top-tier Launch Kit to hire our in-house copywriting team to complete the site for you.
We will launch it when you are happy and ready to go! Our low fees are based on the approach we take, which is built on our in-house researched and designed website templates, which you select when you onboard with us. We will show you some top-performing designs to choose from, and we will take your images and content and make sure it fits within the model. If you want custom development beyond what the template has built in, we will review it with you and give you an option to build it for an additional fee, but most of the time we blow you away with amazing service and customization to meet your needs!
We do provide you a link to request an analytics dashboard for your site in our post-launch onboarding support email bootcamp! You would have to place a special request to have us set up Search Console.
We will be sad to see you go, but we will send you an export file of your website. We don’t hold you hostage like other agency horror stories! If you are looking to resurrect your website on a different server, you’ll need to be aware that the paid and Pro plugins we include in our hosting and support fees actually pay for those for you – and you’ll need to buy your own licenses for your own site for Elementor Pro, Rank Math Pro, Gravity Forms, and the other paid-for Pro tools.
When we launch your website, we follow best practices in site structure and SEO for local service businesses. We even pay for a tool called Rank Math Pro that handles local schema markup, and our team is consistently educated on best SEO practices. We don’t offer ongoing SEO marketing services, but we have relationships with great partners we can introduce you to if you want further SEO optimization for your website.
