Besides being the birthplace of the owner, Justin Rule, Columbus is also where he developed his first brands and websites before moving to Lancaster, PA to continue his career.
As a Columbus-native, Sparrow bleeds scarlet and gray – just like every other true Buckeye fan. It hurts some of their chances at getting business in PSU country now, but growing up in Upper Arlington and graduating from UAHS means you have to stay true to your roots.
Sparrow has been able to stay connected to Columbus and launched numerous small businesses, non-profits, and online brands in the Buckeye State.

Justin Rule – one of the owners of Sparrow – grew up in Upper Arlington and designed his first websites on the weekends, after watching the Buckeyes (of course). Since moving to Pennsylvania and launching Sparrow, we continue to work with numerous clients in Columbus – from nonprofits to small businesses – and visit the Buckeye state often to meet new clients and help launch brands online.
